A vote will be taken at this evening’s Zoning Committee Meeting on each request for variance. This
vote and recommendation will be presented at the University Area Commission (UAC) meeting on
February 15, 2011. Applicants are requested to be in attendance and present again at the UAC
meeting. (A UAC meeting agenda will be forthcoming). A final vote will be taken at this meeting, and
the results will be communicated to the City’s Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA).
We will meet at the Pride Center at 248 E. 11 Avenue. Please enter the facility at the rear.
Applicants should arrive at 6:30 PM and wait in the foyer. Applicants will be called in the above-listed
order. Please bring BZA applications, photos, and other support materials to best present your case.
There are seven Zoning Committee members.
